We want to send a big thank you to Krista Citrolo, President of SEPTA, and Rachel Nicholson, SEPTA’s outreach representative, for their presentation at our HSA meeting. They educated parents about the role of SEPTA, navigating the IEP and 504 process, understanding the three Tiers of support and answered many questions that parents had.
Elementary School District Webinar: Elementary Session- November 19th at 6:15 PM
Join us as we speak with Dr. Feeney regarding mathematical shifts. literacy initiatives, Response to Intervention (RtI) and Academic Intervention Services (AIS). There will be a portion of the program where parents may ask questions. Please see below for more information. .
Plastic Free Lunch on November 17
The district is holding a Plastic Free Lunch Day on Monday, Nov 17. We are encouraging students, families and staff to bring lunches that avoid single-use plastics in order to promote healthier habits and a cleaner environment.
Parent-Teacher Conferences: December 4-December 8
Please be on the lookout for Parent-Teacher Conference sign ups via Parent Square on Nov 20 at 7 PM. Families will go to each child's profile to access their teacher sign up. Conferences will take place on Dec 4 from 6-8 PM, Dec 5 from 8:30-11 AM and Dec 8 from 8:30-3:15 PM.

Grit Ninja - Friday, December 5 AND Monday, December 8 9:30-12:30PM or 9:30-2PM
Not sure what to do on your children's December days off? We are having a Grit Ninja Fundraiser on December 5 and December 8. You can sign up for the 9:30-12:30PM half day or 9:30-2PM extended day. You can register 12/5 Half Day , 12/5 Extended Day, 12/8 Half Day and 12/8 Extended Day. See below for more information.
