We are back in business! We hope everyone is back in the swing of things! Thank you to Allison Floam White for your hard work on making the Read-a-Thon a huge success. In the month of February, 226 students participated and read a total of 110,546 minutes! What an incredible achievement! We are so proud of our Daly STARRS!
Lion Dancers- March 4 during school hours (for students only)
We are so excited to share that lion dancers will be visiting our school to help us ring in the Lunar New Year! This vibrant and energetic performance is a wonderful opportunity for our students to experience this beautiful cultural tradition. The lion dance is said to bring good luck, prosperity, and positive energy!
We encourage your children to wear red on this special day, as it is a color that symbolizes good fortune and joy during the Lunar New Year celebration. Come ready to cheer, clap, and enjoy the excitement! Please note that this is an in school event for students only.
We are excited to welcome Rohan Murphy to speak with our students on Thursday , March 5! Rohan was born with a developmental disability and lost his legs at a young age, but that never stopped him. He went on to become a wrestler at Penn State University and represented the United States in international powerlifting competitions. His story has been featured in major media and a Nike campaign. As a motivational speaker, Rohan inspires students to push through challenges and always give their best effort. We want to thank SEPTA and our very own Krista Citrolo for bringing this incredible opportunity to our school.

Multicultural Night: March 12th *NEW TIME* 6-8PM
Our 4th Annual Multicultural Night is less than 2 weeks away! Families are invited to a night celebrating our amazing community and all the cultures that make Daly the special place that it is. Please note the time change for the event. Multicultural Night will be from 6-8PM.

Community Chest’s Good Neighbor Community Outreach
Landmark on Main Street is offering free tickets to all of their shows for anyone who may not currently have room in their budget for entertainment.
