DALY DISH WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 14-18, 2026

Dear Daly Families, 

We hope everyone had a wonderful second week of school and that Open House gave you a chance to connect with our incredible Daly teachers and staff. It has been so wonderful to see our school community come back together.

We can’t wait to see everyone on the blacktop for our Back-to-School Mixer on Friday, September 18, from 4–6PM! Join us for a fun afternoon with music, games, food, snacks, and more. Admission is free for all Daly families, so come by, bring the kids, and enjoy an afternoon together! Pizza, snacks, and water will be available for just $1 each. The 5th Grade Committee Representatives will also be hosting a book sale and selling PW Needohs. Want to grab a Needoh ahead of the Mixer? You can order one (or more!) in advance by clicking here. We hope you’ll join us—it’s one of our favorite ways to kick off the school year and bring our Daly community together. 

Walk Back to School & Our First HSA Meeting: Start the morning with a little fresh air, friendly faces, and some Daly spirit! On Friday, September 25, we’re inviting families to skip the bus and all walk to school together. We’ll have designated meeting points throughout the neighborhood so families can join along the way, connect with friends, and make the walk to Daly part of the fun. The HSA will also be sponsoring a coffee truck – more information on meeting points and logistics will be shared next week.

Then, once the kids are settled in, join us in the cafeteria at 8:15 a.m. immediately following the Walk Back to School for our first HSA meeting of the year! Grab a cup of coffee, stay for some conversation, and hear from our principal, Ms. Laguarda.

Last but certainly not least…. DALYWEAR IS HERE! Our online store is up and running. Be sure to order your Daly gear for STARR days and spirit days before the store closes in mid-October.
